Mitch Appleby began his career representing hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and insurance companies. He joined Mooneyham Berry in 2023 and now represents victims of medical negligence, automobile collisions, including tractor trailer collisions, nursing home neglect, unsafe premises, defective products, police misconduct, and other serious incidents.


He represents clients in all South Carolina state courts and in U.S. federal court. Mitch has tried multiple cases to verdict and has recovered millions for his clients.
